Do you wish you had a better job? A slimmer body? A more exciting life? A lover who makes you happy? In our pursuit of a happy life, many people meet the wall instead of happiness. Are we making too high demands on ourselves and on life? Or are we looking for happiness in the wrong place?
OVBF has invited Ayya Canda, an English Buddhist nun, who has just spent 6 months alone in a cabin in the forest in Australia, in silent meditation. Can Ayya Canda teach us something about happiness and self-development? Do we have to remove ourselves from the world and our daily life to achieve peace of mind and a good life?
We invite you to a ladies’ evening with Ayya Canda, with inspiring talks, with lots of time for questions and conversations. Maximum 18 people.
