The cabin\/hut has a kitchen, so you can cook your own food, and there is a Kiwi grocery store about 900 meters from Venabu. Meditation cannot replace medicine. If you have a physical illness that is made worse by long periods of sitting or walking, you should check with your doctor before signing up.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a mental illness, you must clarify it with Ajahn Nitho and your healthcare provider before registration.
