5 Day Silent Retreat
DNBF together with Anukampa, The Dhamma Society of Finland and The Buddhist Society of Sweden are working on a silent retreat outside Stockholm from 9 to 14 March 2026.

Nitho is the Spiritual Director of DNBF and lives full-time the Buddhist training as a bhikkhu. He inspires people towards inner peace, clarity, wisdom and freedom in Norway and the Nordic countries, and he is often to be found in nature and the mountains.
