The committee convenes DNBF’s annual general meeting Friday, 7th of March 2025, at 17:00 CET . The annual meeting is held in the premises of Wahl Larsen Advokatfirma at Fridtjof Nansens plass 5, 0160 Oslo – it’s right behind Oslo City Hall.

Usually, most members participate via Zoom, so send an email to post@dnbf.org if you want to come to the premises at Fridtjof Nansens plass so that we can book meeting rooms of the right size.

Your presence and participation are highly valued as we come together to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments, discuss important matters, and plan for the future.

This year, the leaders of our sister organizations in Sweden and Finland will also stop by using Zoom to talk about developments in our neighboring countries.

According to the constitution, proposals to be handled at the AGM must be sent to the committee no later than two weeks before the AGM. A complete agenda will be available to members no later than one week before the AGM.
