We had about 60 guest nights, we taught basic meditation, metta meditation, basic Buddhism, the eightfold path, the four focuses of mindfulness, and more. We had joint meditations, as well as discussions and questions/answers.

This summer we have learned a lot about the climate in the mountains, and the limitations this sets – and the experience is that we must offer a better standard next year – both for accommodation and teaching premises. Both rainy days and cold were too demanding, so only the most nature-loving people found themselves at home. Nevertheless, the feedback on the retreat is very good.

But when the weather was nice – the mountain home shone – with nice temperatures, exercise for the body and peace for the mind. Here are some pictures:
