Instruktor Bhante Sujato

Join us for an inspiring weekend with Bhante Sujato, a well-known Buddhist teacher, who is visiting Norway during his Tour d’Europe.

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore both the practice and theory of the Buddha’s original teachings. Bhante Sujato, with his extensive knowledge and 30 years of full-time experience, will guide participants through insightful discussions and meditative practices, illuminating the core principles of early Buddhist texts and how they can be applied.

Participants will have the chance to ask questions and engage in discussions, and the goal is learning and spiritual growth. This retreat is an opportunity for a deeper understanding of the roots of Buddhism and to discover how this practice can bring clarity, peace and meaning to our lives – and ultimately awakening.

Comfort is important during meditation, and you can leave your equipment in the studio all weekend. .

Food
