6 days silent retreat Sweden – Double room
Price range: kr 2000 through kr 4000
Welcome to a meditation retreat at Finnhavn from Sunday 8th to 14th of March 2026.
The total prices of SEK 5,250 (EUR 440) for a double room where two people share a room are almost self-cost for the retreat. To secure your place, you must book and pay a minimum deposit of SEK 2000 and then the remaining amount no later than 4 weeks before the retreat starts.
We have 12 places where two participants share a double room and 18 places with a single room. If no more double rooms are available, try a single room.
The instructor who has the job full-time, lives only on gifts, and receives no salary. In addition, all work in all three Nordic associations is based on volunteering. We are therefore very grateful if you would support the associations as much as you can when registering, for future further operation and development:
- Cost price for the retreat, can not contribute more
- Cost price for the retreat, and make a small contribution
- Self-cost for the retreat, and contributes somewhat to the instructors and associations’ operations
- Self-cost for the retreat, and gives the instructors subsistence and helps the associations move forward
- Self-cost for the retreat, and gives the instructors subsistence, runs the associations and finances new development
Short summary

- Price: SEK 6650 for a single room, SEK 5250 for a double room for two people, a deposit of SEK 2000 is paid upon registration, the remaining amount is paid 4 weeks before the start of the retreat.

Medicine and Health
If you have a physical illness, remember to bring the necessary medicine. Meditation cannot replace medicine. If you have a physical illness that gets worse from long periods of sitting or walking, check with your doctor before signing up.
If you have a mental disorder, you must clarify with Ajahn Nitho and health personnel before registration. Meditation cannot replace therapy or medication, and a retreat is not a place where you can stop or adjust medication.
Registration and cancellation
Press the “Add to Cart” button to register. As soon as we have received your order and your payment of the deposit of SEK 2000, you have secured your place.
IMPORTANT: For those who have paid the deposit or the entire participation fee, and subsequently withdraw from the retreat, even after the retreat has started, regardless of reason (including illness), the amount will be refunded if the society finds another person, for example from the retreat’s waiting list. Otherwise, we recommend travel insurance, to remove the risk if you have to withdraw, for example due to sickness, and the society cannot find someone to take your place.
