Body scanning for peace | EN | Ajahn Brahm

Body scanning meditation is an mindfulness practice in which the attention is systematically moved through different parts of the body – usually from head to toe or vice versa – while observing physical sensations without judgment.

The body scan is a meditation practice involving scanning your body for pain, tension, or anything out of the ordinary. It can help you feel more connected to the body, which is a easy meditation object to follow leading to peace of mind.

This teaching was given in Oslo in 2022.
