There will be a 6-days meditation retreat 8–14 March 2026 at Finnhamn Vandrarhem in the archipelago outside Stockholm. Teaching, guiding, private interview, Q/A. Single room or 2 people sharing a double room. Welcome!

Throughout the year 2026, we will arrange sangha meetings one Sunday morning each month. It's an open house, and everyone is welcome!

In April 2026, there will be a 7-day meditation retreat at Venabu for the fourth time. Venerable Canda and Nitho will be instructors. Welcome!

We plan to set up an intensive course in the Buddhist Pali language during 2025/2026. The course will run full-time for 9 days.
