We have the pleasure of announcing a meditation retreat in a UNESCO world heritage site, in February 2020. The place is the islands of Vega, in the northern part of Norway. A local initiative, combined with OVBF’s willingness to run regional retreats, has opened up an exotic event in the wild and beautiful nature of Norway.
A host of 4-5 persons, have room for 12 people in a guesthouse, where we are going to run a silent and focused meditation retreat.

Nitho is the Spiritual Director of DNBF and lives full-time the Buddhist training as a bhikkhu.
