Let it be | NO | Ajahn Nitho

In this guided meditation, the body is first allowed to relax and be free, then the focus shifts to the mind and we take on the role of an observer only, leaving everything as it is.

During meditation, we have nothing to improve, nothing to fix, nothing to do—just give the mind the opportunity to calm down.

This teaching was given in Stavanger 2024.

We got to rent premises at Energiverkstedet in Stavanger, and then we had a weekend retreat with basic meditation and mindfulness.
