The price is SEK 750, which corresponds to approximately the cost price of the retreat. See the conditions further down the page.
The instructor has the instructor job full-time, lives off gifts and receives no salary. In addition, all work in the association both in Sweden and Norway is based on volunteer work. We are therefore very grateful if you support the society as much as you can when registering, to cover operating and development costs.

Description
Time: From Friday 4th to Sunday 6th of December 2026. Starts Friday evening at 18.00.
Location: Yogarummet Björkhagen, Halmstadsvägen 41, 121 53 Johanneshov, Stockholm.
Language: All teaching will be in English, but the instructor is Norwegian, so understands Swedish well.
Price: Total 750 SEK
Food: Tea, coffee and snacks are included. Bring your own lunch, or buy lunch outside.
Age: The minimum age for participation is 18 years.Organizer: The Swedish Dhamma Association and the Norwegian Buddhist Association (DNBF).

Conditions
IMPORTANT: For those who have paid a participation fee of SEK 750, and then withdraw from the retreat, even after the retreat has started, for any reason (including illness), the amount will be refunded if the association finds another person, for example from the retreat’s waiting list. Otherwise, we recommend travel insurance to remove the risk if you have to withdraw, for example due to illness, and the society cannot find someone to take your place.
