Guided meditasjon med fokus på vennlighet overfor kroppen. Denne vennligheten gjør ofte at kroppen ikke lager problem under meditasjon, og vi kan sitte lenge.
After a couple of jokes, intentionally to make you giggle and put a smile on your face, the focus moves to our body, allowing it to calm down, wishing the body all the best. Then focusing in on this moment – not wanting to get rid of anything which is here – being aware and kind, to body and mind.
