Mindfulness is not really meditation, but can be used as a type of meditation where we simply are aware of what is happening in your body and mind.
You start to notice what is happening: thoughts, feelings, sensations, memories, ideas, desires – and spaces between them. The aim to get a place where we are resonable equanimous, as a preperation for other types of meditation.
Just remember that ethical behavior is the fundation of any meditation, just being a good person.

In this guided meditation, given deep into a longer retreat, the focus is on programming your mindfulness, which is not so much a doing, but a seeing. It is about reminding yourself early in the meditation what you don’t want to do − problems you have had in the past, which you do not want to repeat. In this guided session, the focus goes first to the body, allowing it to be just as it is, then calming it down. Then the guiding takes you to a past experience of deep contentment and peace, and allowing your mindfulness to rest on the breath, which will lead you into peace and calm.

The peace and happiness inside
I want to catch it, but it just hide

You can only find peace and happiness by letting go.If you still need to do; to act
Add kindness; it will hava a huge impact
To all of you with an active mind
Just remember − be kind
