This weekend was a deep dive into the heart of Buddhist meditation, exploring the Satipatthāna text – a cornerstone text that has guided practitioners for millennia.

All people have attention, and can choose where the focus of that attention should be, depending on what they want to understand or want to achieve—and there are millions of places to place our attention.

So if the goal is the wisdom of full awakening—resulting in a mind that shines like a sun, day and night, brilliant and free—where to place one's attention? Fortunately, the Buddha has told this – and it was the theme this weekend.

The Norwegian langauge teachings (as podcast episodes) and the notes can be found on this website.
