Throughout this weekend, we will explore together how the mindfulness of the breath can open the door to a deeper calm, clarity and insight – a way back to the quiet center that is always present within us. Over the course of two calm and focused days, you will learn how mindfulness in each breath can awaken a natural balance, and how the uneasiness of the mind can gradually melt away into presence and kindness.
The workshop combines teaching, guided meditations, quiet reflection periods and open conversations, where you will have the opportunity to deepen both your own practice and your understanding of the Buddha’s teachings. Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time meditator, this weekend will give you valuable tools to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life – and to discover the peace and freedom that comes when your breath is your guide.
Ajahn Brahmali will be teaching the weekend of 4 and 5 July 2026. He is known internationally for his clear, thoughtful and warm communication, which makes the Buddha’s teachings alive and accessible to all. Ajahn Brahmali began his full-time training in 1996 and now teaches worldwide. His knowledge of the Pali language and original Buddhist texts is recognized as first class – and his teaching provides practical direction for a life of inner peace and simplicity.
Welcome to a weekend where breath, silence and insight meet.
