Dette er en guidet kroppsskanningsmeditasjon, som først skaper komfort, letthet og fred i kroppen – ben, midje, hender, torso, nakke og ansikt. Fjerner stramhet og anspenthet.
This is a guided body scan meditation, first creating comfort, ease and peace in the body − legs, buttocks, hands, torso, neck and face. Removing tightness and tense.
Then when the body is calm, looking at the mind, asking «How peaceful are you now?» and «How can I become more peaceful?» − remembering to be kind to the past, and kind to the future.
