The board would like input from the members, we are already working on some properties, but if anyone knows of a larger and peaceful property that could be suitable for a retreat center, please send an email to post@dnbf.org

After a lot of preparatory work in the spring, as well as an exciting pilot project, the board will start in the autumn working with a few selected municipalities and many real estate agents. One of our biggest challenges is that the properties we usually want are zoned for agriculture, and there is a need for a small rezoning − and that means finding municipal politicians who want to help.

The picture above is from Finnskogtoppen, east of Kongsvinger. This is a center that does a lot of things right and that we can draw inspiration from during our political presentations. And maybe there will also be a longer retreat therefore in a few months.

The association is growing and is looking for a volunteer person to be responsible for the association’s social media platforms. Training will be provided. Do you feel called to contribute with your expertise and generosity? Don’t hesitate to get in touch!

The dates for the meetings in Vital Oslo’s premises from August are now ready. See dnbf.org for more information. In addition to joint meditations and socializing in the morning, we plan for more teaching in the afternoon. If any of our members feel inspired to carry out some teaching, please contact the soceity for a talk. The pages will be updated when the program is ready.
