We were invited to use Kroppsverkstan in Johanneshov for our second retreat in Stockholm November 9-10, 2024. To the group's delight, we got an extra instructor – bhikkhuni Vimala from Belgium. Topics included basic meditation and mindfulness, metta meditation and right effort – both theory, guiding and practice – as well as many questions and answers.
The small group in Stockholm has now become significantly larger, and plans are now being made to establish a formal organization, as well as a longer retreat outside Stockholm.
