Under the management of our sister society The Dhamma Society of Finland (dhamma.fi), Ajahn Nitho traveled to Finland to teach a weekend retreat at the very beginning of 2025. The location we rented was the Friendship Inn, a kind of spiritual retreat and retreat center outside Helsiniki, with room for about 30 people.
The place had a sauna, of course, and the opportunity for a short dive in ice water. So every evening, after a dense program of inspiration, guiding and meditation, it was time for sauna!
This combination is tempting to repeat!
