In order to carry out a safe and good retreat for everyone, the retreat leader and instructor need sufficient information about the participants − for example about experience, silence, emergency contact and health. Please fill out the form below.
Information is used only to conduct the retreat, and the information will be permanently deleted after the retreat.
This form is not registration for the retreat, but necessary information and conditions for the retreat, which must be completed before you sign up.
